Absolutely outstanding service from James Braden Ford. They picked up my vehicle exactly when they said they would, beyond expectations communication from the service team letting me know of a leak. Finding a way to let me keep the loaner and finally giving me even better news that they were even able to fix the leak without having to replace any parts.
