I took my 2016 Ford Escape in to have the sync updated from sync 3 version 1 to a sync 3 version 3...my navigation system was working fine.....1.5 hours later I am informed that the while updating APIM for sync caused APIM to become inoperable.... they wiped my whole module out and now want me to pay $500 to $1000 to put in a used or new module that they wiped out..... I now have no radio, no clock and no navigation, just a black screen...And they chgd me $200!!!!! I called them and left messages to see what they could do fo... read more
Trade-in prices are always wildly unreasonable. Absolutely outrageous—they treat you like a fool, trying to trick you into accepting their offer. If you agree, they rake in a huge profit. If you refuse, they'll squeeze every last penny out of you, raising the price bit by bit until you're completely worn down. But no matter what, they'll never match the market value.
Just went in for my first service with Darius at Braden's and it was great. The service and hospitality at the dealership was second to none. Great atmosphere and people were very friendly. Thanks Darius for your time and courtesy. Cheers!
