Couldn’t believe there was a local office with the sweetest staff to work with one on one. I’m glad we found them and will continue doing business with them again and again.
I went from a horrible experience with Farmers Insurance to a complete 180 with Shawn from Geico. Even though I was upset he held space with a warm welcome to the point that I forgot I was even upset. He did everything he could do to help me and got me SUCH a lower rate than Farmers. He was honest, kind, and extremely accommodating. He talked about how close knit this location is and it truly shows through this family oriented hospitality. 10/10 recommend this location but especially Shawn and his expertise. Very great experience so far with James and team at Boley Insurance! My husband met Michelle through the local chamber, and she offered to look at our auto policy to see if they could get us a cheaper rate. In the end, we have switched our auto, home, and flood and will save a good amount in premiums for similar coverage. James and Michelle were super responsive and easy to work with to get our quote and new policy in place.
