Been trying for 3 weeks to get a new mirror on my vehicle. Terrible customer service! He does Not call you and when you call him he just can't get to it! Will take my service somewhere else. Guess he's too busy for a 30 minute repair as per the time he stated to me and too many broken promises. Wanted my business to go local but need this repair before I'm involved in an accident because I don't have a mirror to see out of. Don't know the man but I'm sure he's a nice guy but Horrible customer service.
I took my car in for hail damage repair. I got it back today and it looks brand new!!!! GREAT service & they worked great with my insurance company!
Terrible customer service, they had 2 months to locate a specific paint for my truck, l had stopped in twice and phoned many times and kept getting the run around and when I said that perhaps I should try finding a different shop, Jeff hung up on me.
