My Mom needed help in choosing a Medicare plan. James went over all of the available plans, my Mom could pick. We determined Humana would be the best fit. He didn't try to steer us to another plan, because at the time, he informed us he was not contracted with them. He called a colleague, and she took care of everything. He still helped my Mom, even though he didn't any type of compensation. She still calls him if she needs help.
