would never recommend based on my experience. brought my child in for a tooth extraction and was a terrifying experience for him. the doctor appeared to be in a rush, did not numb him fully, and the child ended up with a terrible infection which landed him in the emergency room costing our family several thousand dollars.

Did this dentist pressure you to get any unnessary dental procedures? Not at all! They always have my best interest in mind Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly

I have had Dr Bertini do fillings, root canals, extractions and crowns. He is very accomplished and very attentive to the patient's comfort. He even treats the mouth with a numbing substance BEFORE giving a shot of Novacaine which prevents any pain DURING the procedure. I also like that he is always looking for the most current technology in dentistry to assure that his patients are receiving the best care possible. Dr. Bertini is always so pleasant and makes sure that my visit is a good experience. His office staff is very knowledgeable about their work and they are always happy to answer my many questions. It is important that Dr. Bertini is concerned about my comfort level during a procedure, and he is. He explains what he is going to do and makes sure that I am comfortable. I love visiting Dr. Bertini's Office. His staff is welcoming, courteous, friendly, and accomodating. I get reminder calls before my appointments which is really nice. I work nearby and often set my appointments on my lunch breaks. They are always ready for me when I arrive and get me out of the chair on time. Dr. Bertini has always been very professional, and I trust his recommendations as they pertain to what type of treatment and or services we're working on. I couldn't ask for a better, more innovative and skillfull dentist. I have referred many friends and relatives to Dr. Jim since he and Dr. Pete first opened their office.

Dr. Bertini is so amazing! He has been my doctor for seventeen years and I put my complete trust in him. His office is beautiful, and the staff is great. I just want to give him the credit he deserves.
