I had a poor experience because I was just getting out of a mental hospital when I was referred to them. They accepted me that day i filled out paperwork and then the staff Ms P showed me to my room. I went in got settled in but she was very rude to me she asked me did I get ebt I ensured her that I had to go get my card so then she proceeded to say with an attitude “Oh you’re responsible for your own food we don’t provide anything”. Wonderful place and staff
This program is life changing to be sure . Currently staying at James Bentley, l wake up looking forward to each day knowing I am safe and I am free. It's calm here and the people that work here are solid and stable. I am coming out of a domestic violence situation and sometimes there are panic situations for me and Miss P knows exactly what to do to help me.
