Had one appointment with the Dr Bates and he said if anything gets worse to call back make another appointment. 3 years later things have gotten worse and after a week of getting medical records resent to their office, secretary says he's no longer seeing new patients and there's nothing they can do. IM NOT A NEW PATIENT! Extremely disappointed with this doctor/staff.
Our family has seen Dr Bates for many years. We are always treated with respect and calls are returned in a timely manor. Dr Bates diagnosed my husband who has a rare condition. He is always right on.
Called to make appt,was hung up on. Called back twice. Secretary was very rude to us. Will not be going to this office. Staff is Unfortunately very rude.
