I can't say enough good things about Jim Barclay. I was in search of pied a terre in Chicago's lake shore corridor. He was knowledgeable, professional, intuitive and tireless. He helped me find the perfect place in East Lakeview within weeks. It wasn't the easiest sale in the world but he walked me through it, gave me advice when I asked for it and got the job done.
I first met Jim in 2013 when we were thinking of moving to Chicago. He sent us listings to get a sense of the real estate market here. When we were quickly planning our move here in 2016, Jim arranged for us to visit places to consider renting.
