Professional and friendly with through explanation of injury and possible treatments.
Just out of surgery yesterday afternoon, Staff was confident and showed great concern of care. It was a little difficult surgery with a spacer and with disease in the shoulder. Recommend Dr Bailey to all in need of a surgeon and staff.
Dr. Bailey, I appreciate that Dr. Bailey gives me treatment options other than surgery. He is always pleasant and has a very good bedside manner.
