The staff that check’s you in are very professional and friendly. The nurse or tech that does your vitals is very professional. The lab phlebotomist is very friendly and professional. I would recommend this doctor to anyone.

I have been taking my mom to Dr. Bachstein for a couple of years. We are both very happy with the care she receives. Appointments are not rushed. He really tries to listen and understand complaints and concerns. He makes thoughtful comments and observations. And he is cautious with changing and prescribing medication. I would highly recommend him. He is excellent with older people… my mom is almost 90.

You feel like you’re the only patient he has. I went only for medication refill; however, he took the time and asked about all my prior issues even though they weren’t medicated related.

Dr. Bachstein is someone who takes his time with you. Your appointments are never rushed. That's because he takes times to make sure you understand everything about your visit. I would recommend Dr. Bachstein to anybody. He is also a very nice man. I have no complaints at all.
