Excellent experience and result going up against a manufacturer that refused to perform a proper repair for a major engine defect. I was being stonewalled until I contacted Mr. Feinmans firm at which point a proper settlement was negotiated and reached expeditiously. Expect communication only when you need to be involved. Just have to trust that they are doing what needs to be done in between.
He’s rude, non responsive (including his office) but he saved me time because I found someone who can actually help, will respond and has a nice nature about them.
Jimmy was and is the best. You ever get a lemon from GM,Ford,Mercedes any of them. Jimmy gets your money back quick ,fair and professional. VERY COMPETENT .
