I had both knees replaced by someone else and went to Dr. Bircher for a second opinion because one was not right and he scheduled a revision, which I had 7 months after original TKR. In preparation for a possible hip replacement, he discussed all pertinent information with me in detail, so I could make a knowledgeable decision to go forward with my operation. I found Dr. Bircher to be down-to-earth, easy to understand, and +enjoyable to listen to. I have full faith in his skills.
