The doctor is average. The clinical staff is horrible. They never respond back via MyChart or pick-up the phone nor listen to the voicemail. This office needs better clinical staff. The front desk staff are professional and responsive. I’d suggest to look for another PCP since the staff is not reliable.
Saw Dr Allen once. During our initial visit he listened and was a nice guy, however he added nothing to the conversation other than “we just don’t know” or “I’m sure it’ll be ok”. I do not recommend Dr Allen if you’re looking for answers or help, as multiple items I requested from follow up on my appt have been delayed, ignored, or without consideration rejected by his team. I have wasted quite a bit of time attempting to use Dr Allen as my new primary and will be going elsewhere.
