Took my Elgin watch to get battery changed and some cosmetic issues fixed on the inside (face) of the watch. When I picked up...links were loose and on one side of band, the link looks like they were face down or something while they were repairing, resulting in scratches and a few links almost looked like finish was rubbed off.
