unfortunately, I loved this James Avery for many years. Recently me and my family refused to shop here due to management hospitality. Every time me and my daughter walk in, we feel immediately judged by their managers with 1000 pieces of jewelry and high fashion. Sadly, we only order online and do not shop in store anymore.
Their customer service is just so good and consistent. They help with the sale offers, but don't push. So polite and helpful.
Horrible management save the time and travel to a different location.
I went in about 2 weeks ago and Harmony and Sara were so helpful! They went above and beyond to help my family find exactly what we needed. They answered all of our questions and were so quick with assisting us. I will definitely return to this store in the near future.
Not impressed with the "customer service".
