Not impressed with the "customer service".
Excellent customer service. I was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes on Christmas Eve. 💖
Three stars. The store is convenient and the location is great, which is why I keep coming back. Most visits have been fine, and a few staff members were genuinely helpful and friendly. That said, the experience isn’t consistent. On some visits things feel rushed or indifferent, which takes away from what should be a relaxed shopping experience, especially for jewelry. It’s not bad, but it’s not always smooth either. With more consistent customer service, this place could easily be a solid four or five stars.
I am so happy with our James Avery in Schertz. It is so convenient and close to my home. Such a fun place to shop. Every time I stop by Ashley, Jasmin, and Joy are so friendly and helpful. Ashley is always so helpful and has great ideas on jewelry ideas. I always enjoy seeing Ashley and working with her. Thanks for always being sweet and making me feel comfortable while I shop.
This store is great. Very close to my home. My wife loves the jewelry. Ashley always helps me find the perfect gift. Thanks Ashley for all you do for me and my wife. You always make my wife feel special and we appreciate you.
