I spoke with Mariah about a few charms I needed for this weekend. She graciously offered to check other locations to find those charms as they were out of stock at her location. Not knowing I'd already called 4 other locations she was the only sales rep willing to check for those items. I really appreciated her offering to provide that service to me while the sales reps at the other locations did not. Thank you again Mariah for excellent sales skills and I will buy future charms from this location because of her.
