A few months ago, I went to the James Avery in Park Meadows, and unfortunately, the charm was not properly placed and it fell off. Then about a week ago, I decided to go to the James Avery in Littleton, and Kadence was absolutely amazing. She not only put on a new charm, but fixed the charm that fell off AND did a strength check of all my other charms to ensure they were placed properly. I will only be going to this James Avery from now on. Thank you so much, Kadence, for your spectacular customer service!!

This is not a stand alone store in Southwest Plaza. It is actually a James Avery jewelry counter located inside Dillards on the 2nd floor. It took me a while to discover the location. But once I found it, the salesperson was very helpful and I was able to find the perfect gift. The salesperson informed me that the sales price included future cleaning of the item. It was a relaxing and enjoyable purchasing experience with no sales pressures.
