I had charms to add after Christmas. I went into the mall and noticed that JA wasn't on the directory so I called the number and an extremely sweet girl told me that they were located in Dillard's near cosmetics. I walked into Dillard's and found them and had my charms placed in no time at all.
They had exactly what we were looking at on their website and the staff was very helpful and friendly.
Older lady working there wasn’t helpful at all.
