I just started my first bracelet and I’m so happy I came to Stella, she’s so professional and kind. We’ve actually become friends through making my bracelet. She’s so friendly and I look forward to coming to see her when I need a little pick me up! We even play Pokemon Go together, she’s the best!
Stella is the BEST, every time I come in to buy or add charms to my bracelet, she takes her time cleaning and shining every charm, without being asked. She makes sure the placement is perfect and really cares about what she does. She’s my favorite and I won’t go to any other James Avery just because of how great her customer service is!
Came in to buy my daughter a charm bracelet and some charms she had on her Christmas list. The employees at this location are so kind and extremely helpful.
