By far the rudest staff I have come across. The first time I came in the young lady that assisted me was so friendly and super helpful. Each time after that I have had one lady laugh at my request of how I preferred the security link to be placed and even brought in someone else who was equally rude about it. Then came pick up times. I was told by staff I was in the wrong line and to move to their pick up section after already being in line for a while. A store with a wide variety of jewelry for special occasions—many options to choose from. I bought something for my wife and my daughter; they loved it, and we sent the items to have them engraved.
