Great service ! Super friendly and fast
I stopped at James Avery Artisan Jwelets to see if they could apprasie a diamonnd wedding set. Though they didn't have an appraiser on staff, the CSR gave me the names & addresses of at least 5 jewelry stores that could help!
Went to this location today to get a charm on and my bracelet cleaned. Emily helped us out at the counter she was super sweet and knew the perfect place for the charm.
Great customer service from the lady who helped me. I will say it can sometimes take a while in line. But its a clean place, sweet workers, and great quality pieces
