I had some earrings repaired and they returned them to me without backs. I asked if I could have backs for them and they were going to charge me $1 for each. How ridiculous. I had also just spent $90 on new earrings.

Florita C. Helped me find the perfect chain for the pendant my husband bought me. The one it came on was too tight and not very durable. She measured the old chain, gave me a longer one based on what I explained I was looking for and then offered a thicker box chain to prevent it from breaking. I was in and out within 10 minutes and had exactly what I wanted. I've been shopping at James Avery for years and this experience is a prime example of why I keep coming back. The woman who greeted us was very helpful, kind, and welcoming. Unfortunately, our experience was negatively impacted by the associate, Jayden, who had an unwelcoming attitude and made us feel very uneasy due to her demeanor and energy. My husband has also visited this location in the past and unfortunately had a similar experience. He felt that he was being ignored and was not provided with the assistance he needed. Upon arrival, everyone was very nice and attentive to my service needs, especially Michele. After visiting another location...(the highlands), I was praying for better. This branch is very exquisite. Thank you all so much!
