The workers were rude! we couldn’t find a charm so my family decided to stand at the desk to ask, we were then asked to wait to side while they helped checkout a guest. Which was fine, after the checkout the associate then proceeded to walk away from the front desk and help someone out standing to the side. Finally after helping out the other guest she then finally decided to at least acknowledge us. Felt very unwelcomed. Don’t come here if you want to be ignored!
Went in today get my husband a birthday gift and the cashier sale associate was nice enough to helped me out. In The process of getting help out this other sales associate comes across me while talking to the cashier sales associate at the check out while showing me different pieces I wanted to take a look at. Comes across with no manners or saying excuse me bumps me trying to get the chain holder that was located across from me.
