I always have a great experience at this James Avery location. The staff is always professional, efficient, and kind. They always help when it's needed, and I’ve never once felt rushed by staff. Though I do try to show up before closing time, because, you know… that’s just common courtesy. Working retail isn’t easy, especially when people have what seems to be a habit of going places last minute. Pay attention to the time they close because they will sit there and look at you like you’re stupid and not tell you they are closed. That’s so rude. The older lady that works there has always rushed me and my family, and honestly it’s bad look on James Avery. She’s rude, rushes people and is not professional. I’ll never go back there because of the same lady that has been anal about everything. To James Avery, have your workers tell the customers that they are closed 5 minutes before.
