Last name O'Hare highly disappointed with this place, forced me into a wedding ring too large because "oh stop trying it don't let it get stuck" so now I have a ring that is half a size to large and falls off constantly. Don't force your customers into not trying on the jewelry. We are not stealing, in fact we have spent a lot of money here. Never again.
I went into James Avery Artisan Jewelry to ask a simple question about a receipt from another store. The associate at the counter said she couldn’t look up receipts from other locations to see if the quantity of charms on a bracelet is documented when items are dropped off.
