I visit this store 2-3 times a week most weeks. I know most of the associates by name. Today was an exceptionally different experience because I went in needing an entire project done. I wanted to move 20 charms over from 1 bracelet to 5 different bracelets. Kaylee was our sales associate and was so incredibly patient and helpful. Never had an issue here unlike another location that almost gave my charm bracelet to another person. This location takes the time to double and triple check to make sure you have your items! Staff is kind and helpful. They will walk around with you and help you choose your items.

We had a wonderful experience at James Avery while shopping for a graduation gift. The two ladies who helped us were so patient, kind, and helpful. They helped my husband find the perfect bracelet and charm, and were incredibly understanding when our 2-year-old started screaming. One of them even helped me pick up my son’s hat as I was carrying him out. Their excellent customer service and genuine kindness made our visit memorable. Thank you!
