The employees never gave any idea what they are doing. The one knowledgeable woman who works there is gone it seems every time I come. So frustrating. I’m tempted to just quit my collection entirely and since I’m on my second bracelet that is so annoying.

Service was very poor from the main salesperson. No acknowledgment or friendly smile. I had to wait about 45 minutes to get some help. Surprisingly, I found out you can not return or exchange anything purchased online at these "counter" stores in Dillard's. And these stores don't carry much anyway. It was a frustrating day, and now I have to figure out how to safely mail an item back.
