My daughter got a ring from here and my husband asked me to get a charm bracelet. I have a pandora bracelet already and we were going to switch over to James. Everything went great when buy BUT when I came to pick up a lady was help me then had to switch with LETTIE and she was great when I was only doing a pick up until I asked her questions so I can educate myself with James and she just kept coming off irritated and "well duh" attitude. After I get my rings back, I will be going to thr Southlake store instead. Kierstan can't be bothered. One girl associate was pleasesnt. The others so rude at this location.

If you’re reading this second guessing the service here just go to Dillard’s a few walks ahead in the mall! They have a James Avery counter and the associates there are way faster and will add charms to your bracelet in less than 5 five minutes! The ladies here honestly seem too stressed Every time I come in here the ladies seem like they don’t want to be there . I’m pretty sure other guests feel the same way I do, so I’m hoping management does something about this . It’s important to guest service .
