Terrible customer service I walked in and was not greeted. The lady there mean mugged me and had an attitude like do ur job. Didn’t get the charm i wanted because of this.
I’ve been there twice, just to drop off my wedding ring, that I BOUGHT there, for a free cleaning. But the ladies are just rude and don’t seem to care and run you off by saying this isn’t our ring or we’re too busy… or you can buy some cleaning cloths for $9 to clean it yourself. If I paid over $800, I don’t want to spend $9 to clean it myself or don’t tell me it’s free cleaning on rings purchased there. It’s too late now, I do love my wedding ring but I don’t recommend buying from here.
Love this store. I just appreciate the folks that work. I get excited when I walk through the door at one of thier stores. I hope you enjoy. God Bless and Happy Holidays.
