Will not put the charms on. Have tried more than 5 times. If you call ahead they say no one is here today but they will be here tomorrow. Then you go in and say no one is here they will be here tomorrow. Really crazy and frustrating. Never experienced such poor service. Why even buy the jewelry if you cannot get it put together to wear?
