I was being assisted by Laya, who was professional, respectful, and clearly doing her job well. During this interaction, another associate, Teffine, repeatedly interrupted, talked over, and undermined Laya while she was actively assisting me and my party. What made this worse is that Teffine was already helping a customer at her own counter, yet still chose to interject herself into our transaction.
