Let me tell you first that I love James Avery and the products they provide. Their service is on point generally too. I had a charm that broke, 80 pink purse. Usually a clip breaks they will charge a small fee to put it back on. Not this time I was told I can pay 40 to trade it in for a new one. They couldn't fix it because the clip was bent probably because of body heat. Silver is a soft metal I was told. In my mind they are the craftsmen surely they know how to fix it.

Bought a charm and left my daughter’s charm bracelet so they can add the charm. My mom picked up the bracelet and when I got home and saw it, one charm was all scratched up and another one was bent on a leaf from the charms that wasn’t even being serviced. Today was only the 2nd maybe 3rd time I have been in a James Avery store and now I remember why... For the prices of the jewelry the people working in the stores seem VERY unhappy. Years ago I went to the Baybrook-Webster TX location because I had received a necklace as a gift. The clasp wouldn't close all the way and kept falling off. They refused to repair it and were very rude and condescending about it saying that because it was real silver it bends more easily and that's how they are, (like it was my fault) saying that ... read more
