Dawn at the front desk was very rude and could benefit from additional customer service training. I came in to exchange a bracelet for a different size. Before visiting the store, I called and was told that it would be perfectly fine to bring the bracelet in for an exchange, even though it already had a charm attached. However, Dawn told me that next time I should make sure the bracelet is the correct size before adding any charms. I have visited this particular James Avery location several times because it is conveniently close to my home. So i went yesterday to purchase two charms unfortunately, each visit has been a disappointing customer service experience. The representatives who have checked me out alwsys seen so unhappy, cold, and unwelcoming. There is very little friendliness or effort to make customers feel valued.
