You do not tell a paying customer "shame on you" & she is OLD so she should know better to keep her snide rude comments to herself. I am livid about the service my teenage daughter received this evening. I have put in a complaint with corporate as well. I hope she is fired because she deserves it. The so called managers name is Joann 😡
