Right after me, the next customers were not treated how I was. Please don’t discriminate. You don’t know what customers are going through. Just like kind customers are being kind to you — despite not knowing what kind of day you had today or might have tomorrow. I was about to place a big order. I’ll now reconsider where I give my business.

8/5/2025: It has been awhile since I visited this store. They redid the area and now it is much brighter. I like it! Today I went in to have more charms added to my bracelet. I was immediately greeted and assisted with my selections. My order had to be sent out since one charm was being engraved and another was charm that was out of stock in the store needed to come from somewhere else and then be added to the bracelet.
