HUGE shout-out to Kimberlynn and Rachel! I went to another location to put charms on my bracelet while running errands in that area and found that ALL my charms were put on backwards! I don't know how they managed to do that but me not wanting to complain said it was fine (yes, I know! My fiancé and I came in to buy my wedding band this morning and were greeted and taken the best care of by Miss Kimberlyn! She asked what we were in for and I explained that I needed to be sized for my wedding band and she was super helpful in choosing my correct size, getting my ring to fit just right, cleaned it up for me, and was so very excited with and for us! Alexis was wonderful helping me select 8 pieces for my daughter for Christmas. Kimberly the manager was also amazing and kept me laughing while they carefully packaged each individual piece. Im very happy and know my daughter will be over the moon! Thank you both very much.
