My fiancé and I came in to buy my wedding band this morning and were greeted and taken the best care of by Miss Kimberlyn! She asked what we were in for and I explained that I needed to be sized for my wedding band and she was super helpful in choosing my correct size, getting my ring to fit just right, cleaned it up for me, and was so very excited with and for us! Alexis was wonderful helping me select 8 pieces for my daughter for Christmas. Kimberly the manager was also amazing and kept me laughing while they carefully packaged each individual piece. Im very happy and know my daughter will be over the moon! Thank you both very much.
I love our James Avery store! Growing up as a camper at Heart O’ The Hills Camp for Girls in Hunt, Texas, these charms are near and dear to my heart. I was just at the Kerville store and as awesome as it is, I’m so grateful to have a location here in Granbury. The ladies are all so pleasant and super helpful. See you all tomorrow to have my Kerville charm attached to my bracelet!
