I love our James Avery store! Growing up as a camper at Heart O’ The Hills Camp for Girls in Hunt, Texas, these charms are near and dear to my heart. I was just at the Kerville store and as awesome as it is, I’m so grateful to have a location here in Granbury. The ladies are all so pleasant and super helpful. See you all tomorrow to have my Kerville charm attached to my bracelet!

I had the best experience shopping at JA in Granbury. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Shoutout to Wanda who was so sweet and helped me with my ring purchase. The kindness of the staff creates such a fun, positive experience and I will definitely be back.

I absolutely love shopping in this store! It’s so clean & organized! Angela, the manager, is super helpful & very kind. Her associates are knowledgeable, welcoming & patient! I highly recommend a visit/purchase from this location.

This was my first time in this store and most likely my last. I was waiting to be rung up at the register and some older strawberry blonde woman rudely told me she was not capable of helping ring customers up, meanwhile the poor girl on the register had streaked makeup from crying which I am assuming is from said older blonde woman who stares down customers and was asking where everything in her store was located.
