Love everything about this James Avery. Customer services the best.
Every time I come in here there are many employees, a long line and maybe two registers open. Like right now. The line wraps around. A lady asked us to wrap around even. But there are only two registers open and I count a total of 9 employees so far
My wife arrived to just complete a pick up and was told she had to wait in line. Whatever happened to the area for pickups only.
