Worst James Avery, the manager is rude. I left my charm bracelet to add 3 additional charms and it was given back stained with an orange film, one of the charms was scratched and she said she couldn’t exchange it but she could charge me another one at half price. Mind you this is a new charm that was give to me for Christmas. Extremely disappointed with this location and management. Do better.

Great service and a classic product. The employees are very friendly and helpful.
Great store. Staff is really attentive and make every experience amazing. I have shopped here for my mom and my cousin and every time I am greeted with smiles and positive energies.
