I’m still disappointed every time I think about this experience. I brought my bracelet in to have a new charm attached, and when I picked it up, the back of one of my charm looked completely different. It had been a shiny, polished silver finish with a sentimental message engraved on the back. After the service, it looked scratched up and worn, and the engraving was much harder to read. I am extremely disappointed with Brownsville’s James Avery. I would always suggest all JA fans to visit the Dillard’s store instead. The last time I went there, an employee was not as friendly as I expected, not passionate enough to be working there. Everytime I go to the Dillard’s JA, I am always welcomed.
