I would like to recognize Jennifer for the exceptional customer service she provided. She helped me find the perfect size for a new ring during an earlier visit and was so kind, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Came in Sunday to purchase a couple of things and the staff was very nice, went back Monday morning and the lady’s were rude and unprofessional so don’t go on the weekdays.
Bad customer service and too expensive for low quality came for a repair and was treated horribly never again

Love the staff at this store. My mother and I shop here often and we always get great service. They take their time giving us ideas on our bracelets and helping us find the pieces we are looking for to commemorate people we love. I only wish I could make my classic cable bracelet into a toggle bracelet as I saw one of the managers wearing while I was there at the store.
