Got us there with no problem
Love the staff at this store. My mother and I shop here often and we always get great service. They take their time giving us ideas on our bracelets and helping us find the pieces we are looking for to commemorate people we love. I only wish I could make my classic cable bracelet into a toggle bracelet as I saw one of the managers wearing while I was there at the store.
I always have a great experience here!!! The people here are very friendly ,and helpful too!!!
Would be easier to shop if you employees keep their hands off my son. Its literally the only reason I didnt purchase today. Its 2025 we have to be better than that.
My complaint is the soldering job done by james avery. This is not my first experience but first with this location. James avery does not guarantee their work or replace lost charms. Today I lost my charm due to a poor soldering job. Right where it was soldered is where it broke apart!! Very disappointed as a long time JA customer, this is not okay and needs to be addressed with corporate. I know I'm not the only person to experience a bad soldering job and losing a charm. No pictures are allowed or I'd post one.
