Very disappointed with my experience. I visited this store twice, and both times the wait was unacceptable. On my last visit, there were a couple of ladies trying on earrings for an extended period while other customers were left waiting without assistance. After waiting far too long each time, I ended up leaving without making a purchase. Customer service and attention to waiting customers should be a priority. I went to purchase some earrings and drop off several items to be cleaned at the Baytown Plaza JA. The associate, Bailey, was awesome! She was very patient with me as I was indecisive at first. She answered all my questions and talked to me a little about some pieces. After I decided on my purchase, Bailey collected my items to be cleaned and was just as sweet as she could be.
