Literally hate this location! Every time I drop off my bracelet and come to pick it up the pick up area is closed and you have to wait in a line that’s basically touching the door. What’s the point of having a pick up area if you have to stand in the general line? Then the employees just watch you stand in the pick up area for 10-15 minutes before telling you to that the pick up area is closed. Terrible customer service and definitely will be taking my bracelet elsewhere to be serviced.
