I would suggest a different James Avery store. The service is terrible here. Rude staff, when asked for help she acted like we were disturbing her. Wouldn't even finish with us before taking 2 other people.
The customer service is top notch. I love engaging with the employees and hearing their charm bracelet stories as I pick up new charms. Of course the quality of the jewelry speaks for itself. I love the message of James Avery through the jewelry.
