Located inside the Dillard’s department store is an amazing James Avery location. Ayana was an exceptionally helpful sales person to work with. Incredibly con spirited and patient. I made two purchases for graduation presents and couldn’t have found a better place in Atlanta to do so. 🎶🏆🔝🇺🇸💯👏🏽🐺

I went in to have the charms attached to my bracelet and the woman at the counter dismissed me before I even said hello. I continued to wait patiently at the counter for her to finish up and she turned around and rolled her eyes at me while she was still helping the other customer - I turned around and left without my charms being attached. I was very unhappy with this interaction and will be going to a different store from now on.

Went in today to buy a piece of jewelry. The woman working at the counter was so rude to my friend and I that we decided to leave. I walked up to the counter, and didn’t even say anything before she barked “you will need to wait, I’m helping a customer” - implying that I was not a customer. We proceeded to wait for a couple more minutes, and during this time, the woman working shot us several nasty glances across the counter. This made me feel extremely unwelcome, and because of this, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
