I had a disappointing experience with a cashier named Bonnie C. I was interested in buying a ring and asked about having it properly cleaned when purchased. Instead of addressing my concern professionally, she responded with, “If you don’t like it, then don’t buy it,” in a dismissive manner and at the end all she did was a simple wipe with a towel.
