Update to the review: I was contacted and it was explained to me as to the reason and I am ok with the explanation. It was a rough day all around and I will be ordering/purchasing charms going forward. We purchased quite a few charms from this store in the mall and usually get the charms put on my wife or daughters bracelet right then. But this time we got a mother's day charm (on mothers day) from the store on hwy 6 in Copperfield. I gifted my daughter charms for Easter and she took them the JA inside of Dillard's @ Willowbrook mall, where she normally goes, because she works in the mall.... but this time, she was told she had to buy something from Dillard's in order to have her charms added to her bracelet. Apparently, this new rule started on this past Easter Sunday. I feel like this is poor customer service. What does one have to do with the other?
