I shopped here the other day and an employee named Gail me feel really uncomfortable and had an attitude the second I was next in line definitely felt racially motivated. The employee next to her had to reassure her that I hadnt done anything wrong.
I came into James Avery browsing for bracelets and was served by Bridget. She was fantastic, and accommodated all of my request. I also would like to thank Valerie, Jazmin and Mariah for also ensuring that I had a positive experience. I was also greeted by the store manager Stephanie which was the icing on the cake.
Updated review: I am changing my review 5 stars! I just received a call from the manager who was very nice & understanding! She will be taking care of the issues I had & i really appreciate it! I know tax free weekend is a busy weekend and everyone was doing the best they could. Thank you for reaching out & making it right!
