Went to add a charm to a bracelet, that's all.. two girls were behind the counter, first one gave me a blank stare no greeting when I walked up and pointed me to the other girl who needed to help me. The second girl, didn't even look at me so I asked "do I need to put the charm on myself..?" There was a pin on the counter and she said yes. The girls are extremely rude and look like they hate there job
I've looked at the old reviews and still went to this location. I personally had no bad interactions with staff. I have bought my wife a charm bracelet and the charms are all still there over a year later. Yes it gets super busy in there but the happiness the jewelry has brought my wife has been great. So ; Yes I do recommend this location.
