Never bought a car here but have used their shop for about 7 years now. All I will say is that they have been in business a long time and clearly are doing something right. I really like dealing with them. No BS.

Was sold a car that was not ready for the road. Had to wait for repairs after paying for car. Got home and found hole in radiator. The car has been broken more days than it has worked. Terrible professionalism. There's a scam going on here, make sure to get EVERYTHING in writing they will give you a 50/50 parts warrantee verbally when the car breaks they make money again by fixing what should have been fixed prior to delivery. Buyer Beware!!!!

BAD PLACE!!!!! Russian lade ANN, OMG wayyy rude, only can test drive a car if i show them the money it felt like. Cant believe people actually buy cars from this place, they also own A List down the road, because there james auto name has a BAD rap.

I went and dealt with the owner Anna for a car I purchased, and it was a great experience A-Z But my sales person was David, and he was very helpful, sweet, caring, and just a fantastic and respectful person. I would recommend David to anyone looking for a quality used car!! thats a promise!! Not sure what that other guy is talking about, but Lily D. seems to have all her screws tighten down, I went down to James auto and Dealt with a gentleman named David, and... WOW!! Is all I can say, he gave me the big comfortable dealership experience with a 400sq foot office, he said he used to work at some larger dealers, and he takes his customers satisfaction very seriously, and he kept his word. I got exactly what I wanted, and needed, for a great payment.. Thanks David and Ana!!!! A++ -Jacob T

Bought a car from the Sales person David, My entire experience was AWESOME!! I had to do the Buy here pay here process, because I couldnt get a loan from a bank, and David Fought for me, and I would suggest anyone looking for a car in CT for a good price, do down to check out David.. I made an account just so I could write this review. If you like being lied to and ignored when you have questions, this is the place for you! Owner doesn't return calls or answer questions but will call the day your payment is due and harass you about when you are coming down to pay.
