I have a Polaris Ranger xp1000 Northstar ultimate that got water in the drive belt housing causing it to slip. I was headed out of town with my machine 2 days after this happened and wasn’t sure if I had damaged my belt so I bought one from James atv to take with me to be safe. Once the belt housing dried out my OEM belt was fine, I tried to return the belt I bought from them with the receipt, the belt was unused and had never been taken out of the package.
