Dr. Atkinson has a great bedside manner and is very concerned about his patients. My first 2 months were rough as we did not know that I had an ulcer in my esophagus. I was put on antibiotics and was soon able to eat. I’m a year out and I hit my goal weight and feel great. Dr. Atkinson, Dr. LeDuc and the staff are absolutely wonderful. I would recommend them to anyone considering this procedure.

Dr. Atkinson is amazing and gave me my life back! He’s very knowledgeable in what he does and I never feel rushed during appts. The level of care I received at Surgical Weight Control Center was top notch and I would recommend anyone who is serious with the bariatric process to go see Dr. Atkinson! My starting weight was 286 and I’m currently 18 months post op at 170.
I was referred to this office 6 months ago, I have had nothing but pleasant and knowledgeable visits. The front receptionist , my patient advocate and nutritionist have all been nothing but helpful and nice. I just met Dr. Atkinson and got my surgery date, I am beyond excited for this journey and couldn’t have picked a better office to help me get my health back on track.
