My experience with James and associates has been phenomenal! They are nice, helpful, courteous, and treated me and my family with the upmost respect! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a rental!
Just got our deposit back. Not happy at all. We barley got any back. They charged us for things we didn't even have time to do. We cleaned that house and they still charged like it was left a mess.
Paid the application fee after filling out online for a property I was interested in. They never bothered to even call back much less schedule a showing. Now the house is rented and I will be takeing my business elsewhere.
Renters be where do not rent from these people. Yes Debbie seems like a real nice lady but she is fake. I moved in to one of there rentals one year ago. Sence then I've had to deal with one appliance after another braking down. I understand these things happen but they will make you fight with them to fix things and it will take months and Mr James being down right rud to you about it.
