The office called about 30 minutes prior to arriving as she stated they would. Mr Armstrong was quick to diagnose the problem, get parts and return to get started on replacing the water heater. After it was replaced Mr Armstrong took the time to explain what he had done, what was replaced and actually pointed out what he was explaining. He was prompt, courteous and thorough. Armstrong Plumbing will be my go to for all my plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

I had James come to my house for a clogged sewer. He arrived on time and was very professional and protected my stuff while he was doing his work. The price was reasonable and he got our drains flowing again.

James came to our house at 1am to help us with a water heater that burst in the middle of the night. He arrived within an hour of us calling. He saved our house from flooding and got out water heater replaced that night. He said he actually keeps water heaters at his shop just for moments like this. Wow! Outstanding service.

James is truly a life saver! He’s helped us in stressful situations twice now. Being a new homeowner is tough, especially when pipes burst the day you move in. James and his team came out quickly and did honest work. We truly trust him that we called him again the second time when we had a hose bib issue.
