Dr. Armstrong and Capitol Surgery Center have completed three surgeries for me in the last 10 or 12 years including a gallbladder removal. He is excellent at surgery but he also has a great bedside manner. He is very good at explaining what needs done and answers to any questions you have. The office employees are very pleasant and make you feel at home. I would highly recommend them if you are needing surgery.
