Poor cleanliness in common areas, package mishaps and FIRE ALARMS GOING OFF EVERY WEEK AT NIGHT - these are just a few issues to mention here. Within 1 year our rent went up by $140! And the management had no valid explanation for the rent increase. AVOID THIS PROPERTY.

I recently moved out of JamesCourt after living there with my roommates as I relocated for school—but I have to say, my experience there was absolutely great! The neighborhood is super walkable and convenient, which made everyday life so much easier.
