Rude and unorganized leasing staff. Not a Greystar standard. Obviously not too worried about leasing - must always have a waitlist. Immediately afterwards we went to a different Greystar property (closer to The Common) and the staff was warm & welcoming. Such a nice atmosphere! We signed there :) - it's worth the extra $. Even though J&H Court had been our first choice we couldn't imagine ever dealing w that staff again.
