Not sure why the reviews are so good. Terrible value for the price. The neighborhood: lots of open drug usage. Easy to get downtown though. The building: Super basic. Pretty much a college dorm. No real amenities other than the gym. It would be a reasonable to pay $2200 a month for a 1 bedroom here but it is $3500 and you have to pay $300 per month if you want a parking spot lmao.
So many issues and legitimate problems: 1. Rent will be increased every year with no valid or sensible reasoning. I was recently informed by the Greystar Regional Manager- Matt, that my RENT INCREASED EACH YEAR BECAUSE OF THE REVIEW I WROTE HERE ON GOOGLE MAPS 1 year ago. The management also told me that they renovated the elevators and that's why they raised rent by $140-$150 per year. I am currently paying $3500 for an apartment with no in unit washer/dryer, no light fixtures, and no balcony. 2.Besides incredibly cocky and... read more
Loved living at James Court. The location is perfect with bus stops right outside the door, plenty of food options within walking distance, and great amenities available. The staff was always helpful and buildings are very well maintained.

James and Harrison is an amazing value for anyone looking for great square footage and low utilities in the South End! The Silver Line is in close proximity as well! Falicity, Sabyne, and Nathan are extremely communicative and make the leasing process easy!
