So many issues and legitimate problems: 1. Rent will be increased every year with no valid or sensible reasoning. I was recently informed by the Greystar Regional Manager- Matt, that my RENT INCREASED EACH YEAR BECAUSE OF THE REVIEW I WROTE HERE ON GOOGLE MAPS 1 year ago. The management also told me that they renovated the elevators and that's why they raised rent by $140-$150 per year. Loved living at James Court. The location is perfect with bus stops right outside the door, plenty of food options within walking distance, and great amenities available. The staff was always helpful and buildings are very well maintained.

James and Harrison is an amazing value for anyone looking for great square footage and low utilities in the South End! The Silver Line is in close proximity as well! Falicity, Sabyne, and Nathan are extremely communicative and make the leasing process easy!
Sabyne was absolutely amazing to work with! She was always available to answer any questions I had and made my transition to living at J&H Court so smooth. So happy with my experience & love living here!
