James and Harrison is an amazing value for anyone looking for great square footage and low utilities in the South End! The Silver Line is in close proximity as well! Falicity, Sabyne, and Nathan are extremely communicative and make the leasing process easy!
Sabyne was absolutely amazing to work with! She was always available to answer any questions I had and made my transition to living at J&H Court so smooth. So happy with my experience & love living here!
So many issues and legitimate problems: 1.Besides incredibly cocky and rude staff, MISSING & STOLEN PACKAGES. The management and concierge will ignore these issues, avoid responsibility, and try to blame residents for stolen & missing packages. 2. The apartments do not have light fixtures on the ceilings of the living area or bedroom. You have to buy your own floor lamps & lights. 3. I’m very happy living in this building. Sabyne is always the most willing to help and is truly outstanding at managing everything. The building is very well maintained, and the area is excellent. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to live.
Moving in was extremely smooth. Sabyne has been delightful to work with. I had a lot of questions and she provided helpful and quick responses.
