Go elsewhere, bought a ring from here which snapped after a month and half causing the diamond to fall out, we were told if we send it back it would be covered by warranty and they'd fix it etc. They firstly sent the wrong forms over to send the ring back, and they've now had the ring over 3 months (which is longer than we had it). Worst customer service. Had to constantly chase and wait for an update via email. We have an engagement party at the end of the month and they still have the ring and waiting for an update. This company is horrific. You can’t do anything at all unless you mail your rings in. They used to be associated with Jared which was very convenient to get the ring looked at to make sure all the stones were good. Now you have to mail your ring, risk it getting lost, and wait a lifetime for it to come back to you IF it comes back to you. I encourage all to stay away. I am the victim of all the things I just listed. Also, don’t let them fool you into thinking the ring is covered under some insurance, also a scam.
I recently was shopping for an engagement ring and found one my girlfriend liked on James Allen's website. I was shopping on the weekend and made the purchase. After the order confirmed, I realized one of the real challenges of buying a ring is choosing the center stone.
