The reason for Google reviews is to improve customer decision when purchasing , you return policy states world wide return accepted , you should fix it to where it's not deceiving, fix it to selected countries, your reply to my brother still not correct, I received my money back before you recieved the ring. You sent us an email that we have the ring and it's not paid for. And you were threatening us with legal action.

Your reply to my father and mother you keep repeating that you refunded the money, that’s incorrect, the credit card company gave us our money back after we won the dispute based on the fact that you didn’t follow your own return policy that you have world wide return, you refused to return and advised us to sell privately.

Return policy states worldwide, my wife tried to return from Saudi Arabia, you denied returned , your reply to her is another lie, you didn't refund our money, we disputed charges with credit card company, we got our money from them not from you.

Extremely disappointed, return policy clearly states worldwide return accepted, in reality it's only domestic, I had to dispute charges with my credit card company to get my money back. I will not buy anything from James Allen again.

Do not buy from them. Bunch of crooks. 3500$ for a ring. The gem fell off. They won't do anything and just wash their hands of it. They don't care once you have given them your money.
