My ring was delayed over a month. They damaged the diamond, the setting, and delayed the shipping 4 times. The ring did not come in time for my proposal I had planned. I gave over a month of leeway after the expected shipment date when I planned the proposal and it came so late and stressed me out a ton. It was not here on time. Ring came out good but not worth the stress.

EDIT/Update!!! It’s been nearly 8 months since I have had this ring. My husband added two Eternity Bands with it as well. The rings are absolutely gorgeous STILL! We love our rings from James Allen . My fiancé can’t wait to rock his webbing band so sometimes he tries it on for fun. I love that we were able to put a note inside our rings, which makes them so special to us.
