Listens and then proceeds to assist me with my medical issue. I appreciate his willingness and support to help me with my physical, emotional and spiritual health. I would recommend Dr. Alexander to a friend or a family relative to seek medical advice, guidance and help.

Dr Alexander is great— patient and knowledgeable. But the administration is horrible. I had an appointment in June, and when I arrived at the office, the front desk said that the appointment was canceled and lied to me that they called me in May to reschedule. As I showed to her of my call log, there is no call from the office; no call, no email, no voicemail. The administration should be trained to have the courtesy yo inform their patients and tell the truth when they messed up.
He not only asks you questions, but he also wants to hear about what you have to say. He is a very good doctor.
