May 4 2022 right tibial tendon replacement with osteotomy and a bone removed from foot.. Underwent physical therapy after my 12 weeks of non weight bearing. Continued physical therapy at home. Up until 2018 I was in the gym three days a week and very agile. 2018 my foot prohibited me from being in the gym. The swelling of the ankle, and pain left me quite immobile and using a knee rover where I had to rest the knee on the seat scooting myself with my other leg not using the foot at all.
